1. Essence R&D Engineer
Requirements:
1).Be familiar with flavor and fragrance research and development, and be able to independently complete the R&D work of flavors and fragrances;
2). Be familiar with the food industry market, grasp the latest industry dynamics and product trends;
3). Be responsible for the daily cleaning, equipment maintenance, and upkeep of the laboratory;
4). Bachelor's degree or above in Food Engineering, Biology, or Chemical Engineering, with 5 years or more of experience in food R&D;
5). Good teamwork experience, with management experience being preferred, and the ability to adapt to business trips
2. Senior Sales Engineer
Job Duties:
With close supervision of sales manager and/or senior sales professionals and in accordance with department's sales strategy, involve in sales activities including developing new clients and maintaining existing clients to achieve individual sales budget.
1).Sales Management
Involve in sales activities to pursue sales from all markets in designated area under close supervision of senior sales professionals.
Maintain relationship with existing accounts and enhance customer satisfaction in order to retain market share.
Assist in developing new clients and promoting new products to pursue maximum potential sales.
2).Distributor Management
Work closely with distributors, providing technical assistance and sales support to ensure distributors to achieve sales budget.
3).Stock Management
With the guidance of senior sales professionals, coordinate products delivery with logistic department to ensure on time delivery.Monitor stock status to minimize inventory cost.
4).AR Control
Monitor AR status and recover payment in time to minimize AR amount.
Requirements:
- College degree in food, marketing, or other related subject(s);
- At least 3 years' sales experience in EMS/OEM/ODM or industrial markets. Working in brand components or its disty is preferred;
- Skills in promoting products in dedicated potential markets;
- Systemic knowledge in food fields;
- Familiar with office tools;
- Smooth communication skill in English and Chinese, both spoken and written;
- Ability to build up good relationship with South area agent;
- Proactive, collaborative, aggressive with good communication skill.
